The UTC Building in Lacey was completed in 2019. The center portion of the building was a dilapidated shell that had been vacant for years. We were able to demo it down to the skeleton and rebuild it like new while adding another 20,000 of of two story office building to it. It houses the Utilities Trade Commission which governs all utilities in Washington.
